By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or using our website, web application, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Community-Driven Database: The Platform operates an open, community-evaluated database of safety rankings, reviews, category breakdowns, and information relating to gluten-free options at venues, restaurants, bakeries, and destinations globally.

No Guarantee of Safety: While our weighted scoring algorithm compiles aggregate feedback from community members, we do not inspect venues, audit kitchens, test meals for parts-per-million (ppm) gluten content, or guarantee that any listed establishment is 100% free of gluten or cross-contamination.

User Due Diligence: Users are solely responsible for taking all necessary precautions, inspecting menus, asking allergen questions, and deciding whether an establishment meets their individual health requirements.

To contribute reviews, submit missing venues, or rate safety criteria, you may be required to create an account. When registering:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and session tokens.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security compromise.

By posting ratings, reviews, text feedback, photographs, or venue suggestions ("Content"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that Content across our platforms.

You represent and warrant that you own or hold the requisite rights to publish all Content you submit, and that your reviews reflect genuine, personal experiences. You agree not to:

We reserve the right, but hold no obligation, to moderate, flag, edit, or remove any Content or suspend user accounts at our sole discretion.

All proprietary aspects of the Platform—including our logos, trade dress, interface design, scoring algorithms, database schemas, code, and editorial materials (excluding user-submitted reviews and open-source packages)—remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform operator.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, replicate, or create derivative works from our algorithms or database without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any ranking or review.
• In no circumstance shall CeliacRanking, its developers, moderators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to health complications, allergic reactions, medical expenses, or loss of data—arising from your use of or reliance upon the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service of the Platform at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically, indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
